If I could give this store a zero star rating, I would. I have NEVER IN MY LIFE been followed around a store and watched like I was some sort of criminal. The staff is mostly comprised of young people which may be alright, except these staff clearly do not know how to discern the difference between someone who is acting shifty and someone who just suffers from a nervous system disorder. I was truly shocked by the lack of respect that I was given in this store. Michaels has been my go to for all of my crafting and art needs for myself and my family for the last 15 yrs. I have spent a lot of money at Michael’s in the past. I have had a lull in my creativity over the last year and a half and was trying to bring that to an end and was simply trying to purchase some supplies for multiple projects that I was trying to complete. I was followed by multiple employees, causing me to have a panic attack and ended up leaving this store without even purchasing a single item. Bringing the situation to the attention of “management” did nothing. Not even an apology was offered. Only given an excuse of, “well this is a high risk store.” What a shame! Michaels has lost a great customer! I will never

Michaels offers a wide variety of craft supplies, but prices are generally higher compared to other craft stores. Discounts are mostly limited to seasonal clearance sales, which can go up to 75% off. Checkout often relies on self-service, with limited staff interaction. But you can’t match the deal of balloons they have. For Valentine they have the best deals. Also the mystery box, my all time favorite.

I love this store for all my crafting needs. Managing the Sprague Motel and RV Park, I am always looking for new ways to decorate and provide a comfortable atmosphere. I have found all my decorative, craft projects here!

Store was okay overall- a but of a mess due to holiday switch out so, 100%reasonable. I did find it frustrating that Michael's as a while, has increased their prices so substantially and for some reason, most of the floral dept and Christmas sticks were not marked with prices so I was in for a massive shock at the pricing when I checked out- with 50% Christmas and a 30% one item coupon I had on hand. 4 sticks after discounts cost me $35+tax.. and they weren't anything fancy, just filler for an arrangement I was finishing. I cpmpleted my own checkout since only 1 person was on the register and she was stuck with 1 customer for 20 min and still with her when I left- no other employee responded to her calls for help with a line 7 deep.
